I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

I need to be able to return to a document after it has gone to a client to be edited in a different color so it can be resubmitted with original and edited marks

Easy to use once I figured it out - with 3 jobs it has become mandatory to use/edit pdf which I have been trying to avoid. Thanks!

PDF Filler is great
Love this idea and functionality. Easy to use, cheap ;) and great for filling out all those touchy PDFs.
I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with this software. I love it.

Satisfied but no longer need service
I have been satisfied with the subscription and have used it with my work, however I am retiring the end of September and will no longer need this subscription

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

Great website!!
So far I love this service! Only had some tech issues yesterday and they were addressed quick by your tech support. I love the layout, it's very easy to navigate, and the editing options on the top bar also make it super easy to check, sign, and type just about anywhere in the document. I love it!

Can MOA be changed?
A company may change its objects as enshrined in its MOA in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 of the Act. Accordingly, any alteration of MOA with respect to the objects of the company is permitted through Special Resolution.

The object clause of the Company is the third clause of memorandum of association of any Company stating the objects i.e. the business/purpose for which the Company is incorporated and any other matter considered necessary in furtherance thereof.

It is advisable that whenever a company amends its articles, it should ensure that after the amendment, the AOA is as per the format specified under the Companies Act, 2013. It is mandatory to pass a special resolution and file MET 14 if you alter MOA and/or AOA as per the Companies Act, 2013.
