So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I love the program as a homeless case manager, I can review information with clients, send to them for review, and signature from my office

It needs a desktop application for easier access vs going to the website all the time.

easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need
the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

Easy for On the Go Editing
This works great for creating editable PDFs & exporting them to clients. Can send for signatures and edit details for initial, etc.
I don't dislike it but it could offer more features for the price.
