Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). It is a great tool that I would recommend to people who are not very tech savvy.
It is an easy to use tool with helpful features that can help any business that uses PDF documents on a frequent basis.
It makes you pay for many features that can actually be found using free software alternatives if you do some research.

Great Product
I am able to complete many forms without having to use more complex programs.
The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise.
Some searches turn up rather strange results.

Ease of use is what attracted me to program. I use it to make fillable forms for work (forms already made, need to be made fillable). Is cheaper than Adobe Pro and is better in my view.

Signed up for this service in the middle of a Crisis and ultimately didnt need the service, But failed to cancel it. When I contacted the company, they immediately refunded the money without a hassle; I appreciate that kind of integrity.
