No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

Changed my small business capabilities
I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish!
I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Price could be cheaper. Functions are not through out. Sometimes the convert docs from pdf to word are not correct

PDF Filler makes it very easy to modify and create pdfs from anywhere. I specifically like their simplified process for editing. Their customer worked with me on an issue I was having and I'm satisfied with the result.

Not sure how I "subscribed", yet PDFfiller honoured their policy of full cancellation and FULL REFUND.
I'm IMPRESSED !!!
The went further and added an offer of a further FREE TRIAL.
If their products are as good as their service, I'll definitely intentionally subscribe at some stage in the future ... after South Africa's political siege they call "Lockdown".
