I thought the software was excellent. Did not like the "gimmick" of paying an annual fee in advance, then offering the same service at a huge discount. That makes potential customers feel like smucks.

I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

Does way better than I expected
Works way better than any other ones I have tried. Will not use anything else. Allows me to make changes to any document I have scanned in so far.

I highly recommend if you just need to do one project I won't comment on the long term part but I signed up for free trial made edits on a 24 page PDF I received via email and to return via email filled out. I was ripped off by two other pdf companies before I tried this one. both times I did 24 pages of work only for it to paywall it and never recover it even after taking my money.THANK YOU PDFFILLER

I think this program is amazing! Easy to use. I stopped using Adobe and Acrobat because of pdfFiller. I like the entire setup and organized my documents can be. I think it cost less than Adobe and Acrobat. As far as I know documents are safe and secure.Id recommend to anyone

Log in to your Fax Through Email account.
Click History, or under Account Overview, see your five most recent faxes.

Send a one-page black and white text fax to 1-888-hpfaxme (1-888-473-2963). When your fax is received by the HP Test Fax Service, we will generate a return fax to you within five minutes confirming that we received your fax. This verifies that you can both send and receive a fax with your fax machine.
How do I retrieve a fax from memory?
Press the FAX button, then press the Menu button. The FAX menu screen is displayed.
Use the or button to select Memory reference, then press the OK button.
Use the or button to select Print all received docs, then press the OK button.
Use the or button to select Yes, then press the OK button.
How do I print a fax log?
Press Setup.
Press right arrow to select Print Report, and then press OK.

How do I know if my fax was received?
You can tell if a fax is completely transmitted (and received by the other fax machine) if your fax has printed a confirmation page. It is a page that summarizes the time and date, number of pages, and destination fax number.
