I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. Thanks for your help in this free document service that finally worked for me. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. So I really appreciated your documents that we both will sign and he will have his Notarized at the Closing.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice!

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

How do I black out a cell in Excel?
Select the cells that contain a fill color or fill pattern. For more information on selecting cells in a worksheet, see Select cells, ranges, rows, or columns on a worksheet. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click the arrow next to Fill Color, and then click No Fill.
How do I hide errors in Excel using conditional formatting?
Select the range of cells that contain the error value. On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click the arrow next to Conditional Formatting and then click Manage Rules. Click New Rule. Under Select a Rule Type, click Format only cells that contain.
How do you conditional format error cells?
Select the range of cells in a column where some cells contain errors. Click the Home tab in the Ribbon and select Conditional Formatting in the Styles group. Select New Rule from the menu. Click Use a formula to determine which cells to format. Click Format.
Can I use an IF formula in conditional formatting?
The answer is yes and no. Any conditional formatting argument must generate a TRUE result, meaning that at a literal level, your conditional formatting rule is an If/Then statement along the lines of If this condition is TRUE, THEN format the cell this way.
How do I automatically color cells in Excel based on value?
Select the table or range where you want to change the background color of cells. Navigate to the Home tab, Styles group, and choose Conditional Formatting > New Rule.
