I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I love it Its it is so easy to use. The only problem is I don't need it often enough to pay the cost of it. I only needed a couple of forms, but for a business I can see were it would be a great investment.

The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.

The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

Easy, reliable and very effective
Makes completing forms easy and professional. Easy to navigate, easy to find and upload forms and easy to send/save.
the only negative thing I could say is that I would like to have the font a different size and I have been unable to fit it correctly in some spaces.

Everything good so far
This company provides several very useful products/services, including being able to create a fillable document, convert from one format to another, and the legal forms. The subscription also seems reasonable. I'm still learning how to use the application but everything looks good so far.

When I tried to sign in from a new home…
When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.

Exactly what I was looking for. It's easy and simple to edit your files. Going to test this beauty thoughout the next day to see whats possible and if it cna improve my operating principles.
