I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.

How do I get blackout plates?
Order online (You will need an Iowa Driver's license or ID and a credit card to complete the transaction.) Complete the Special Plate Application form, print and mail with the fees that are due. Your plates will be sent to your county treasurer's office and staff will notify you when your plates are available.
What do the Iowa blackout plates mean?
Bring your existing plates into your county treasurer's office to pay for and pick up new plates. The blackout plates are a specialty plate, so there is an additional fee to get them. Do at the time you pick up your non-personalized blackout plates: $35 initial fee for the blackout plate fee.
