How do I get rid of blank fields in mail merge?
The closing brace will appear at the beginning of the line with the «City» merge field. Press Alt+F9 if necessary to change from field codes to field results. Both the preview and the final merge should suppress the blank lines.

How do I remove a merge field in Word?
If you want to remove all fields, press Ctrl-A and the press Ctrl-6 (at the top of the keyboard). If you have fields in your headers/footers you need to go into those. Here is a macro that will unlink all merge fields in a document including headers/footers.
How do you delete a mail merge?
Click Mailings tab > Select Recipients, and then click Cancel Merge. When asked if you want to cancel the merge, click Yes. Note: If you cancel a mail merge, fields other than Address Fields, Greeting Lines, and Address Blocks are converted to regular text.

How do I add a CC and BCC to a mail merge in Outlook?
Click CC/BCC and then select the field that your CC email address is in. Click OK to return to the Wizard. Follow the rests of the steps of the Wizard to send out the email. Email Merge will create a separate email for each person, with the correct file attached to each one.
