Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. Why does Outlook add extra line breaks?
This effect is caused by the HTML coding and is most frequent for recipients using a web-based email client, such as Gmail. This is because of the way Outlook creates line breaks in HTML and how browsers or other clients interpret them.
Why does Outlook remove extra line breaks?
Outlook removes line breaks in signatures for messages sent in plain text format. For the sender, the message looks normal but when displayed for the recipient, line breaks are removed so formatting of the signature is compromised.
What are line breaks in Outlook?
In Microsoft Outlook, you create a new plain text formatted post containing line breaks. Outlook removes the line breaks and displays the message. However, the posts do not display any indication that this has occurred, other than the change in formatting.
How do I insert a line break in Outlook signature?
(1) In the Select Signature to edit section, select the specified signature you will add a horizontal line. (2) In the Edit signature section, put the cursor where you will add a horizontal line, and press the Ctrl + V to paste the horizontal line. (3) Click the OK button.
