I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

What do you like best?
Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files.
What do you dislike?
Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, you'll be immediately hooked. On first use, give yourself 10mins to familiarise yourself with the product it is incredibly intuitive, easy to teach onesful.

No Problems, benefits are to adjust and edit pdf documents with ease, adjust previously written words, add to them, over right, add images.

A very easy to use to file your claim
A very easy to use to file your claim, and I never have any problem logging in. I highly recommend this site, I am very satisfied. They just give me access to the Insurance portal that is why I have to unsubscribe. I will use this in the future.

I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. How do I get a block warrant removed?
A fee of $65.00 must be paid to the clerk of court to get the release if the request is granted. Then the person must file the release with the BMV. The person must also pay a $15.00 reinstatement fee to the BMV. After doing so, the block will be removed.
What does a warrant block?
Warrant Block Information. A warrant block prevents the person from renewing their driver's license, renewing license plates or purchasing new plates from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. If you have a warrant block, you must take care of the bench warrant before a release letter is issued.
Can you go to jail for a warrant block?
If the warrant block is for failure to appear in court and the actual warrant is still in effect then yes you can be arrested. If the warrant block is for non-payment of fines and costs then no you can not be arrested for that unless the court has issued an
