This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

Very useful program and easy to use
I found pdfFiller online to work with my Chrome browser for work-related documents. I have found it easy to use right away and so far it seems to handle all I need it for.

A Simple and cheap PDF editing tool
Easy to use and edit PDF files. Pricing was cheaper compared to alternatives
I was not able to send documents for remote signing easily

it is an easy to use software and worth the price, but with COVID and the gas issues, I'm tapped out.

Well it worked. But, I was tricked into the 30day trial by populating a document you do not own. I could have done this without needing an account albeit "free trial." I don't think I need this service full time. It's way too expensive for an infrequent user.

What do you like best?
I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents.
What do you dislike?
That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge

In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.

PDF Filler Saver and Protector
Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment.
What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected.
Nothing much as it serves the purpose that I am really looking for. I cannot think of anything that I don't like. I am satisfied.
