When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link.
What do you dislike?
The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.
