I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

The only thing I do not like is the lining up if the changes.

I definitely recommend this product. I have this and Adobe acrobat and it is definitely easier to use that Adobe!

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

PDFfiller is a great resource for business needs and ordinary forms we use every day. I'm finding as I use PDF filler more, the more I see the value for business and tax time. I'm still exploring PDFfiller. I've not had a problem using the program and instructions are available. I have not had to call for help yet, but I know if I do I will be greeted and questions answered, very professional platform.

Super good page and it works so well in the phone app as well! This is especially good if you have a Chromebook which you can't download Adobe on. I've filled in so many files without issues definitely recommend.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
