What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.

Simple to use. Makes your docs look professional and neat. Easy to manipulate a doc that is incorrect.

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. This kinda service was A++++ I would recommend them also the PDF filler is so easy to use and navigate I will be using this quite often.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.

where has this been all my life. i'm 20 minutes into download, clicked buy, installed laptop & cell. already created two forms & makes my time with older versions of fillable PDF generator programs seem like a million years ago.

Do Home warranty cover pre-existing conditions?
Generally, most home warranties do not cover pre-existing conditions, unusual wear and tear, improper installation or maintenance, code violations, items typically covered by home insurance, commercial-grade appliances or items still covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Does homeowners insurance cover pre-existing conditions?
If the insurance adjuster determines that the damage and mold growth in your home is pre-existing, then the insurance company will not cover the damage and your claim will be declined. A homeowners' insurance policy may or may not pay for the cost of repairing the cause of the water leak depending on different factors.
Will pre-existing conditions be covered in 2020?
Marketplace health plans cover pre-existing conditions | Healthcare.gov. 2020 Open Enrollment is over, but you may still be able to enroll in 2020 health insurance through a Special Enrollment Period.
Is there any health insurance that covers pre-existing conditions?
Yes, you can get health insurance to cover your pre-existing health conditions, but a waiting period of up to 12 months may apply before you are able to claim benefits on that cover. This usually means getting a medical certificate from your doctor and sending it to your health fund.
Can you get Flag If you have a pre-existing condition?
Disability caused by a Pre-existing Condition or rein juries to a Pre-existing Condition will not be covered unless it begins more than 12 months after the Effective Date of coverage. Flag will not pay benefits for a Disability that is being treated outside the territorial limits of the United States.
How soon can you use a home warranty after purchase?
Usually the home warranty coverage plan begins 30 days after the payment receipt or on the day the sale closes. The coverage plan generally covers the appliances for 365 days from the date the policy is active. When your original home warranty expires, you have the choice of renewing your existing warranty.
Do home warranties have a waiting period?
A home warranty company will have its specific waiting period. Generally, it can range from between 15 days and up to 30 days. However, it can get longer than that. Some home warranty companies will have you wait for up to 6 months before you can enjoy the coverage however, waits of that length are rare.
How do I know if I purchased a home warranty?
If you are buying a home, ask if there is an existing home warranty or if the seller intends to provide one. Then, ask to see the home warranty contract. This is important because home warranties only cover certain systems and appliances and can have multiple exclusions.
