It was the worst because I had no idea how to work the program. It took well over 5hrs for something that should have taken less than 5 mins had a I known what to do

This is an excellent way to file claims. I print through the mobile app because it is so convenient. I am getting good results with claim processing. This is a good tool for my office.

It's very easy to use. Also the customer service is exceptional. Very responsive to My questions. When I decided I didn't need it anymore, they processed my cancellation quickly and easily.

It is an amazing tool
It is an amazing tool. However, it is too expensive for me right now. Maybe with an option of an annual membership of $50, I will think about keeping it. However, $30 / month I cannot afford it.

How do I send a fax in proximity?
Go to the Fax + Message tab on the Proximity website. Enter your Phone Number, so we can send you a link to download the mobile application. Once you have installed Proximity onto your phone and logged in, access the Fax/Msg.
Can I send a free fax?
Send free fax online without a fax machine or phone line Sign up for a free account on FAX. PLUS (No credit card needed) Go to the Send Fax section and enter the recipient's fax number in the To field (country code + area code + fax number) Send your fax right away and wait for the confirmation email.
Can you receive a fax via email?
To receive fax through Gmail, you'll need the aid of an online fax service. These are services that among other features let you fax by email. They connect an online fax number to your Gmail address, delivering faxes automatically in just a few seconds as PDF attachments.
How do I receive faxes?
Open the program you want to use to receive the fax. Wait for the fax line to ring. When the line rings, there should be a button that says answer fax. Press it. The fax software will answer the line and receive the fax. The fax will be received electronically. It can then be printed.
