Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! Works for everything
Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else.
I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data.
Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.
