I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. With the robust capabilities, and plenty of time on my hands, I can plow through the case law and ca civil codes, but I can't readily find and fill out forms. like the program overall. It took me longer than I anticipated to learn the navigation. Must have taken me like 2 hours just to find the forms catalog on the main screen.

A life saver
pdfFiller has helped me to make easier my load of work and without I might be stressing a lot.
What I like most about this software is the ease of use, as an educator I need to use PDF's everyday and this software helps me a lot with that.
The free trial is good but then you need to pay for another features.

What do you like best?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.

So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.

I only needed it for one purpose, to make my client's insurance claim sheets a fillable form so I wouldn't have to freehand it. After the initial struggle to get it structured right it works wonderfully
