learning was difficult at first, your how to video's are too fast for a 74 year old to absorb, but hands on usage got me going in the end. I had to enter an enormous amount of text in my PDF form, but the ability to resize text boxes was a boon. Thanks, Bob Harrison

originally i was dissatisfied with paying $20 to learn how to use the system and still did not get any benefit. Then customer service reached out to me to provide assistance and work on a solution. I am still learning how to effectively use it but am happy for their willingness to help.

In the beginning did not find it to be user friendly that all changed when they reached out to me to offer help.

Don't be afraid to ask for HELP - Great Customer Service and follow-up too.

Mostly HR related so far, such as write ups, termination, evaluations.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Its great and affordable. There are lots of little features I like. The e-sign is the best feature as my business is online and having authorization forms for the clients to sign.

How do you get a remodeling license?
You'll need to complete a 60-hour pre-licensure course, and you must pass a test. The general contractor license is awarded by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). Commercial construction contractors must contact their local county building offices for permits or licenses.
Do you need a license to do remodeling?
Any structural work such as building, home renovations, and roofing work, however, will require a license. The license is issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and will require you to show four years of experience, as well as liability and worker's compensation insurance.
