IRS changed the 1099 misc form, so I had to find an alternative access to the 1099 misc form that showed non employee compensation. The 1099 NEC form was the form I needed. A new bokkeeper will handlethis from now on. Thank you

What are LEED requirements?
Prerequisites are the green building standards every project must meet. Credits allow project teams to customize how they pursue certification. By fulfilling credits, projects earn points that determine its certification level: Certified (40-49 points), Silver (50-59 points), Gold (60-79 points) and Platinum (80+).
How long does LEED certification last?
You will need to enter data at least annually to keep your certification active, but your recertification will be valid for three years. Every three years, submit your data for review to renew your certification and document your ongoing achievements. Active projects will not be charged a registration fee.
