I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Thought I canceled the subscription and I may not have completed the process. After contacting support I was refunded and canceled immediately. Great company

Kara helped me solve a mystery…
Kara helped me to figure out a tricky issue that had to do with 'filling' a pdf. Kara figured out that it was a problem with my Chrome browser, so we switched browsers and it worked. Thanks.

What do you like best?
The tools are easy to find in PDF filler.
What do you dislike?
It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear.

I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.

How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.

PDFfiller fills out pdf file with e-sign perfectly helpful!
PDFfiller is useful enough if you know how to use it properly. This is utilized in our company for signing in our timesheet and it helps me to become more productive. In just a second I can automatically attach my e-signature.
In our company, we need to electronically sign in our time sheet every week and PDFfiller is one of the most useful online softwares that our company is using that can be shared anytime and anywhere. Using this software, I can easily attached my e-signature and I can easily submit the required document needed to process my payroll. Sharing the pdf is as easy as including the email of the persons whom you want to share your file. Using this software, I became empowered in the sense that I can do multiple jobs simultaneously while I am on the go with my work.
If you are not familiar with how pdf works, it is hard to use the advanced functionalities of this software. As a new user, you need to spend time navigating the useful features of PDFfiller. I also encountered an issue in converting pdf to word-document format.
