I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

How do I cancel a flight itinerary?
Here is what you need to know: Visit the airline's official website and look for the 'Manage Booking' section. Input your PNR/Booking Reference number and the passenger's last name. Choose the 'Modify/Cancel' option, read the terms and conditions carefully, and proceed as per instructions.
Can I cancel one person on my flight itinerary?
To change or cancel a flight for a specific traveler on a reservation with two or more travelers, you must first divide the reservation. After you divide the reservation, you will be able to change or cancel the reservation that needs updating.
Can I cancel a flight ticket for one person?
The short answer is, yes! As per a charter by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, flyers can cancel their tickets within 24 hours of booking. The airlines can, however, levy flight cancellation charges if the tickets are booked less than seven days before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
Can I get a full refund if I cancel my flight?
Canceling a nonrefundable fare will result in an e-credit for the full amount paid (minus any cancellation fees, depending on fare type and route). However, if you cancel a refundable ticket, you'll get the amount paid refunded back to your original form of payment.
Can I cancel one person from a flight ticket with United?
How can I change or cancel a trip for an individual traveler if there are multiple travelers on the itinerary? To change a trip, select the individual traveler during the first step in the change process. Then, you can continue to change flights for just that traveler. To cancel a trip, you must divide the reservation.
How do I cancel an already booked flight?

What happens if only one person shows up for a flight?
If you have booked five passengers and one does not show up, that person will be treated as “No Show” and the amount paid for the ticket is forfeited. The airline will be free to dispose of that seat as they think fit.
