the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

Does Ryan Homes negotiate price?
They pretended a competing builder nearby didn't exist. That builder was offering better incentives, more appealing floor plans, and better prices. Ryan would not negotiate at all after leading me to believe they would. They also hid a lot of extra fees from their sales prices and estimated monthly payments.
