After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. The initial notice of rights and benefits in the health plan is required within 90 days of the employee's coverage. If there are changes to the plan, the employer must give notice within 210 days after the year in which the changes take place. If benefits or coverage are being reduced, the notice period is 60 days.
Employer has 30 days from the loss of coverage to notify the plan administrator. * Plan Administrator has 14 days to provide a COBRA election notice to the former employee/qualified beneficiary.
Employers who fail to comply with the COBRA requirements can be required to pay a steep price.
