easy, well organized, love the signature options especially. Ability to share and distribute is a fine function. I live in Germany and did my girlfriends USA taxes all electronically and send to her to sign and submit.

Pretty good so far. Was a little surprised that I had to pay once all the work was done. But its okay, have used it a couple of times and its working.

I love it but have trouble navigating some aspects.The printed version doesn't look as nice as the screen version. I love being able to complete paperwork online, filling it in and getting it sent back.

Reasonable but not fantastic
Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it.
The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use.
Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

How do you create a catalog item?
Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definition > Maintain Items. Click New. Enter the catalog item details. Field. Description. Name. Name to appear in the catalog. Catalogs. Catalogs this item appears in. Category. Category for the item. Categories can only be selected after the Catalogs field is populated.
What is a catalog item?
Service catalog items. The overall catalog is made up of a collection of discrete catalog items. A catalog item can be a good or service. If something can be ordered by itself, it is a catalog item.
What do you mean by catalog?
