It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

EDD Telecast is a fast and convenient way to certify for your Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits over the phone. Call the UI Self-Service Phone Line at 1-866-333-4606.
Step 1: Access Your UI Online Account. Log in to Benefit Programs Online and select UI Online to get started. Step 2: Answer the Certification Questions. Select Certify for Benefits to get started. Step 3: Review and Submit Your Certifications. Step 4: Get Your Confirmation Number.
You can certify for benefits online, by phone, or by mail. Be sure to carefully review all of your answers for accuracy. If you notice an error after you have submitted your certification, contact the EDD immediately by calling 1-800-300-5616 or submitting a question in Ask EDD.
Answers. The term “certify” is used to describe how you claim weeks of unemployment and receive benefits if you meet the eligibility requirements. This term is used because you are certifying on a biweekly basis that your answers to the questions are correct.
