How do I save all layouts in one PDF?
In the “Publish Options” window, look for the “Multi-sheet file” checkbox. If you leave it checked, AutoCAD will export your selected layouts in one single PDF file. If you want to have individual PDFs for each layout, you have to leave the box unchecked.

You can save all layouts to a PDF file with the EXPORT PDF command. Near the bottom-left of the drawing area, click any layout tab. Click Output tab Export to DWF/PDF panel Export PDF. In the Save as PDF dialog box, inspect the Current Settings. In the Export drop-down, select All Layouts.
