With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It's great, albeit a bit expensive. Would prefer a buy it now once option... but so easy to use and does everything you need. Wayyy better than Adobe

Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

Having the capability to complete my documents on line and print makes my job run more effective and efficient. When I utilize many of the same forms multiple times it is very time saving to be able to go in make the necessary changes and print. This programs saves valuable work time, and keeps me organized.

Great software to update, fill, and sign PDF documents.
User friendly, simple to use, easy way to make quick updates/changes to a PDF document, allows for PDF signatures to be completed, easy to make a document fillable, easy to share documents as needed.
Software can lag with larger documents, tutorials are beneficial when first learning advanced features.

So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? But yeah, good software none the less.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)"
