I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

To Whom It May Concern,
I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond.
I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.

I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.

Can you change your number on Text?
Select the Text Main Menu (icon with 3 horizontal dashes). Click on Account Settings and then My Number. Select the red Change Phone Number button and follow the prompts to change your number.
Can you transfer a Text number?
To port in your number to Text, click Port in your number. You'll also have the option to port in a number to Text when you purchase a plan, phone, or SIM card from us at the time of purchase. Porting a number of means taking an existing phone number from one provider and transferring it to another provider.
Can I transfer my text free number?
Can I port my number into or out of Text free? Since Text free is a free service, we do not offer the option for you to port out your Text free number, nor can you port in a phone number. ... With Sideline, you will be able to port in or port out your number.

Can you port at Mobile number to Metro PCS?
Metro PCS is a prepaid cellular carrier that covers parts of North America. If you are transferring your service from another cellular carrier or from a landline phone, you don't need to change your phone number. You can transfer your existing number to Metro PCS using a process called local number portability.
Does Text give you a random number?
About Text numbers We then show you a list of approximately ten numbers in that area code you can assign to your Text account. You can release the number and reassign yourself another one through the app once every fifteen days. We have numbers available in most area codes within the US and Canada.
