What do you like best?
This app has been immensely useful. There have been times when I am not at my desk and needed to fill out some forms and this app allowed to me to do so right on my phone. This is life saving productivity.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.

It is a great app. It just takes a few minutes of patience to get through the screens.

kara was great
kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Please give her kudo's and preferably a raise for dealing with an older computer geek

I use this almost on a day to day with all kinds of documents. it is the best thing that has happen to me when it comes to computers. I have been trying to get everybody I know to get this program, I paid for the year and most likely will pay for next year too.

I had an issue with accessing a form…
I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.

What is a payroll change form?
Payroll change form this form is used to correct earnings or pay codes for hourly employees for a prior pay period.
How do I change my annual salary in Hero?
In the Payroll menu, select Employees. Click the employee's name to open their details. Select the Pay Template tab. Under Earnings Rate, update the employee's salary, pay rate or ordinary hours. Click Save.
How do you enter annual salary in Hero?
Go to Pay Template and Add Earnings Line. Select the Earnings Rate as Ordinary Hours, ad at this stage you will be given the option to enter the calculation type. Select Annual Salary, hit OK. You will need to enter in hours per week, to ensure that the Annual Leave and Personal Leave entitlements accrue correctly.
Does HERO annual salary include super?
The annual salary you enter into Hero excludes Super.
How do I remove annual income from my payslip in Hero?
In the Business menu, select Pay run. Open the pay run you want to edit and click on the amount relating to the payslip you need to edit. Under Payslip Options, select Edit. Click Continue to accept that your changes may affect other bills in the pay run. (Optional) Click: Click Save.
How do I change my payslip template in Hero?
In the Payroll menu, select Employees. Click the employee's name. Select the Pay Template tab. Either: Click a line of the pay template to edit it. Click the delete icon. At the end of a line to remove it. Click Save.
