I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

Editing PDFs has never been easier I needed forms to be editable so members could easily fill things out and return them for us to add to our electronic database. PDFfiller has a variety of helpful tools, but my most favorite feature is making a PDF form editable! Game changer. The learning curve with PDF filler was a little bit more cumbersome than just opening a PDF and being able to edit it.

What do you like best? The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support What do you dislike? The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

Great program Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great Functionality, Amazing Customer Support, Great Experience Overall This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features. On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly. The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform. Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
