It has been a very interesting experience, my first time doing my return with your company. I won't need to use your service any more, so please just bill me for this one time only. I'm 89 years old and closing down my accounting business @ 5/31/15.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

hey everyone it's Sarah with registered nurse ran.com and in this video we're going to go over fdar charting as a nursing student or new nurse you will have to learn how to chart in the fdar format this is most commonly used by hospitals or any other health care setting where you have to write progress notes in a patient chart so in this video I want to simplify things for you I want to tell you what it is what the f the D the A and are all stand for and show you various examples on how to chart in this format because there's different scenarios where you would use different parts of the F Dar format whenever you're charting so I want to simplify it for you and help you be prepared for when you're in clinicals or whenever you're actually Happ to work at your new job so first let's talk about what it is like I said at the beginning this is the most common Ed format in hospitals or in other health care settings whenever I first started out nursing we use the soap format but a lot of hospitals are now turning to this and um what it does it's also used by nurses but it's also used by other disciplines so whenever you're looking through a patient's chart in the progress notes you may see not only as nursing documenting but um respiratory therapy occupational therapy Physical Therapy nutrition they're all documenting together in this nice uniform format and we all understand it and we all know how to read it and it focuses on a specific patient patient problem concern or event and it's patient oriented instead of about your nursing task additionally it also covers and is similar to your nursing care plan so if you're not familiar with nursing care plans I made a whole video on that because you'll want to expose yourself to that especially if you're a nursing student because that is something that is majorly done in nursing school so it's similar to that because in the care plan you have a focus and you have goals and you have interventions and you can use the fdar form format to help the patient meet those goals and write that out which we'll go over a little bit later and additionally it saves time for the nurses it decreases duplicating charting I remember um sometimes this still happens but I remember whenever I first started out I would notice that I would have to fill out like 20 sheets of paper about something with a patient but I noticed that on each 20 sheets of paper I was writing the same thing over and over so it's really frustrating because it's like duplicating documentation next it makes the chart really easy to read so if you were the shift after the previous shift whenever you read what went on during their shift it's nicely laid out in this D format and it's easier to read and it's really great for nurses who have a lot of patients because you need to write at least depending on your hospital protocols and policies you need to write at least one note on a patient per shift and if you have a lot of patience this is a really great...
