I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. so far its Great the only part is when i sign it it diplays the PDF Filter logo on th e document meaning i have to print it and sign it and scan the document deveafting the whole purpose of your system

The greatest part about this site is being able to search for all of the various different forms you need. Turbo Tax wanted $159 just to fill out tax forms only needed once a year. Saving a ton on this site!!

Easy to use, saves time

It does not have version history. It automatically saves all changes, however comparing to old versions has to be done through downloaded pdfs

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.
