I was sold on the ability to edit anything on the document easily with PDF filler. I have the latest copy of Nuance Power PDF Standard that I used to create an editable form and I could not figure out how to edit some of the fields on the PDF doc. (I believe the source PDF file may have been poorly designed for computer input.) Anyway, I find PDF filler very easy to use--no need to convert the document to a form--just start editing with the various tools. Neat!

For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

I use it for contracts on a day to day basis and it’s extremely easy to use and very helpful.

Honestly it’s pretty solid all the way around, maybe if there were an easier way to export files but that’s really no big deal.

Quick to respond to email.
Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
