some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

I have been able to ask questions by email and by live chat. I needed to be able to sign documents and now i need to be able to convert docs to PDF and am pleased to find a way to do it.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Easy, reliable and very effective

the only negative thing I could say is that I would like to have the font a different size and I have been unable to fit it correctly in some spaces.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

Good features pdffiller has. Only thing I would request is to reduce fee for indian retired customers like me. I am 58 years old and self-financed and survive on pension.
