I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. This is all I have used it for but am looking forward to what other features I will be able to use in the future.

I really liked the entire PDF Filler platform! The content was laid out clearly and it was really easy to get started (even when I was frazzled about other things). Working with the platform in seamless and I have already recommended it to my mom who uses PDFs in her company 24/7

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

One of the best customer service I’ve…
One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

I am a financial Advisor in Edmonton, Alberta Canada
I have been a Broker for 46 years and I use to have an admin assistant that handled all my paperwork
But now I work from home, no admin person or receptionist, I am Chief Bottle washer & Cook
I chatted with Bob Today on a Technical issue on the size of a PDF, He was able to reduce it
I am very happy I found pdfFiller, my new assistant
that doesn't drink my coffee

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. It is a bit frustrating to learn how to send it to my computer to be accessed and modified as needed. Right now it serves me as a trial, but I wouldn't pay for this.

There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.
