This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

How can I put my house in someone else's name?
Transfers don't have to involve money, and they can be as simple as adding or deleting the name on a deed. As the granter -- the person granting title to someone else -- you do have to fill out a deed transferring your title to the new owner, the grantee.
Can someone buy a house for someone else?
Yes, you can buy a house for someone else, but it may not be the best option for you or the other person. If you want to provide a worry-free home for another, then there are choices that might be financially and legally more appropriate.
How do I buy a house for someone else?
Be upfront financially. Before taking out a mortgage with someone else, you'll both need to be upfront about your financial affairs. Try renting first. Work out what you can afford. Own a specific share. Discuss what will happen if one of you wants out.
Can someone else take out a mortgage for me?
