What's there not to like? I mean this is the best application I've ever had for making changes to docs, signing docs and editing docs.

I have 2 companies that I utilize one billing system for. PDFfiller allows me to edit the logo and name on the invoice to reflect the 2nd company. Saves an enormous amount of time and confusion for the clients that belong to both companies.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. My account was canceled for me, and I was informed that I would receive a full refund. It was a great relief to be treated with such understanding. Thank you!

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

What is a notice of preparation?
A Notice of Preparation (NOT) is a brief notice sent by the lead agency to notify the responsible agencies, trustee agencies, and involved federal agencies that the lead agency plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Review (AIR) or an Environment Assessment (EA) with significant impacts for the project.
What is a Notice of Determination CEA?
Notice of Determination (NOD) Lead and responsible agencies are required to notify OR and/or the county clerk when they make a determination to approve a project subject to CEA (CEA Guidelines, Sections 15075 and 15094).
What is the CEA process?
The first step in the CEA process is to determine whether a proposed project is subject to CEA. Projects subject to CEA must usually be considered by the Board of Public Works (BMW) and/or the City Council, which can approve the project as proposed, approve the project with conditions, or disapprove the project.

CEA applies to any action when a project requires discretionary approval by a state or local governmental body. Projects may also require ministerial permits that must comply with general plans and local ordinances such as building permits or marriage licenses.
