Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is really easy and its a one stop shop for all my needs especially when I am on the go. Obtaining a signature of another person and getting it automatically sent to the signature box makes everything so much easier. I love the editing feature where you can pretty much add text on the document wherever which is very helpful for my workflow.
What do you dislike?
The price is not the greatest and I would wish it could be a bit cheaper. I also think that the mobile feature could be easier to use and interface could be improved.

It's a bit soon to rate pdfFiller, because I've only had a little bit of time to get familiar with it, and I've never had experience with anything else that has allowed me to edit a pdf file as this s/w has enabled me to.

Can a contractors license be transferred?
A license is not transferable to another entity. You would be required to apply for a new license or a second additional license (if you want to keep the other license active). You may transfer or change to a different mode of operation. For example, change from a Sole Proprietor to an LLC.
Are contractor licenses transferable?
The catch is that in most cases contracting licenses don't transfer from one state to another. If you want to work in a state that has a reciprocity agreement with your own, your options for landing the job are better.
Is a contractors license the same as a business license?
To obtain a license, the company must register with the government taxing authorities. Whereas the business license allows the company to engage in business, it does not necessarily certify that the individual is licensed to perform a trade as required by the State.
What states require contractors license?
State Licenses Florida, Louisiana, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wyoming don't require a specific state license for contractors. Before starting a project, though, check local ordinances to see what licenses you need from your city or county.
Can I sell my contractors license?
It is possible to sell a contracting business to an individual without a CSL license, but it requires some negotiation, trust and planning between the seller and buyer. To maintain their Contractor's License a contracting business must employ or associate with a Qualifying Individual or Qualifier.
Can I work under someone else's contractor license?
When is it Okay to Work Under Someone Else's License? Nope, any way you try to work it, it's still illegal for you to contract for construction or home improvement work over $500 in labor and materials without having your own state contractor license.
Can an unlicensed contractor pull a permit?
Unlicensed contractors can't pull permits for home improvement projects unless it's their own home. Often, when a permit is required but not pulled, it's a sign of a contractor who is cutting corners to save money.
Can a contractor work under someone else's license California?
Being an unlicensed contractor in California can be a felony offense if the contractor used someone else's license when they bid or worked on a job. Any attempt by an unlicensed contractor to falsely represent in any way that they are licensed will be charged as a felony.
