That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. You can wite-out on the page when you need to change some data. You can highlight, it has most features like other pdf programs.
The time it takes to upload takes longer than with adobe acrobat.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. How do you use merge tags?

What are merged tags?
A merge tag is a bit of ESP-specific code that allows you to insert unique user data from your mailing list into emails. Other names for merge tags are substitution strings, personalization fields or personalization tags.
What is a live merge tag?
The information you collect through your Mailchimp sign up form is saved in an audience field and tied to a unique label, called a merge tag. Use merge tags to insert personalized or dynamic content from your audience into the campaigns you send.
How do I merge tags in WordPress?
Type a tag name in the search field in the top right corner of the page. Click “Search Tags.” Click the drop-down menu and select “Merge.” Enter a tag name. The tag you searched for will be merged into the tag name you enter this field.
