My Mac products routinely lock me out of being able to edit any paperwork ever. I am constantly needing to update my resume or fill out start paperwork for new jobs and this is as easy as it is supposed to be and works pretty seamlessly.

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I had an issue that was my fault and it was taken care of immediately. Even late at night. I was very worried that there was no phone number or email to contact them but they replied quickly through their live support and took care of my issue and fully refunded my money. Thanks.b
