Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Send out paperwork for signatures and fill out paperwork online instead of printing, signing, and scanning it.

Very usable It was easy to get started and the options were not too hard to locate erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc

What I really like about the program is… What I really like about the program is that we have a lot of issues and it was able to handle them all! My husband plays music at church which is a standard business. He is opening an LLC which we need to do several forms which most places do not handle including the 1120s, the k1, and so many others. Select a cell where you want to enter the formula. Type =CONCATENATE(in that cell or in the formula bar. Press and hold Ctrl and click on each cell you want to concatenate. Release the Ctrl button, type the closing parenthesis in the formula bar and press Enter.
CONCATENATE Excel Range (Without any Separator) Select the cell where you need the result. Select the entire formula and press F9 (this converts the formula into values). Add =CONCATENATE(to the beginning of the text and end it with a round bracket). Press Enter.
Make the column wide enough to fit the contents of all cells. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Fill > This will move the contents of the selected cells to the top-most cell. Click Merge and Center or Merge Cells, depending on whether you want the merged text to be centered or not.

Combine multiple rows to one cell with formula Select a blank cell for placing the combined content, enter formula =CONCATENATE(TRANSPOSE(B2:B19)) into the Formula Bar, then you need to select TRANSPOSE(B2:B19) part of the formula, and then press F9 key.
Concatenate a row with comma/space by formula Highlight the B1:J1&”,” in the formula and press F9 key to replace cell references with cell contents. Note: In above formula, B1:J1 is the row you will concatenate, and “,” means you will separate each cell content by comma.
So to get started with concatenate, type =CONCATENATE and open your parentheses. From there, it is very easy to combine values. Just select the first cell that you want to include in your string, separate it with a comma, and then select the second value. Then close the parentheses, and hit Enter.
In the example, if you wanted to put quotes before and after the concatenated cells, you would change the formula to “=CONCATENATE(CHAR(34),A1,A2,CHAR(34))” which produces “hallmark” inclusive of the double quotation marks.
