It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

It is very good for the most part; however, the pop-ups are very distracting. Also, when filling up a table with numbers, is is hard to line them up.

I am new user and able to start filling in some court documents even though I don't have Zero experience. Makes me pleased to use this software. In the future I would not mind attending online tutoring sessions if offered.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

I love PDF Filler- I generate a lot of documents and this is an essential tool
I can manipulate the documents that I create. I do a lot of RFP answers
Ease of use. The program is easy to use and manipulate forms. I was introduced to program at another employer and requested my current company purchase
There really isn't any aspect of the program that I do not like. Maybe a couple of more options with regarding the size of the fonts.

There are few issues while importing…
There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Thank you for your great support and for hiring a great employee like Ralph! He is amazing and I truly appreciate him.
