VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours! I would definitely use them again because of how trustworthy and understanding the staff was. Good job PDF Filler Team!

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

Can you transfer a car title to a 17-year-old?
Yes, and if it is a gift, no tax need be paid. I would look into insurance before you make the switch though, as she may be unable to purchase insurance on her own. In general, contracts with minors are voidable, so many companies will not do business with them.
Can a 17-year-old sign a car title?
Re: 17-Year-Old — Transferring Title and Registration Sign the title over to her when she has the insurance and sends you a copy of the policy. Make sure you fill out the spaces with her name as buyer and file the required to be sold notice with your DMV. When that's all done you can take her car off your policy.
Can a 17-year-old own a car?
Yes, a minor can buy a car from a dealer. However, minors cannot be held to their contractual obligations under the law as they are under the age of majority (18 years). But, being licensed or not has no bearing on a vehicle purchase agreement. It's not illegal to sell a vehicle to a minor (i.e. anyone under age 18).
Can a minor sign a car title?
Many states will require an adolescent to have a parent or guardian sign on any legal documents such as registration, a title and even your car insurance policy. There can be exceptions and that is why it's important to find out about your state's specific laws on this topic.
Can you have a car in your name at 16?
A 16-year-old does not have the “legal capacity” to contract. Without an adult co-signer, a 16-year-old cannot buy a car as the contract would not be enforceable. Congrats on the job and ability to pay. Hopefully someone can help co-sign for you so you can have your car.
Can a 17-year-old title a car in Indiana?
Nonresident Registration As of 1-1-17 people no longer have to be an Indiana resident to title and register a vehicle in Indiana. Non-residents may, but are not required to, obtain an Indiana Certificate of Title and registration for their vehicles.
Can a car title be transferred to a minor?
Some states restrict minors from owning cars under certain circumstances. A minor is usually anyone who hasn't yet turned 18, so teens who are 18 and 19 are usually legally adults and can own cars and hold legal title to them the same as older adults. Whether and how a minor can own a car varies from state to state.
Can you put a car title in a 16-year-olds name?
Answer: Yes, in the great state of Texas, teenagers can have a vehicle put in their name. Many dealers and private parties and car insurance companies prefer not sell or insure a vehicle who is still a minor (under 18 years of age) because of the legal ramifications it could bring about.
