Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

Overall, it is a good site to use when you need to edit PDF's, especially for classes.
I like how easy it is to upload your PDF on the website by just dragging it into an area that automatically brings it up. When it downloads on the site, you are given so many options to edit the PDF by writing directly on the PDF, attaching shapes, underlining, etc. If the PDF is many pages, all you have to do is scroll through the pages, which makes it very accessible to edit the whole PDF.
Something I didn't like about PDFfiller is the pages of the PDF become a little blurry when it downloads on the site. It doesn't effect the editing options, but it does effect how it comes out and looks.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! Why is Excel not showing the sum?
