Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

Some of the text sizes seemed to change when editing, and the positioning of the text didn't always seem to be consistent with existing and added text

Does what it needs to do, helps with modifying PDF files, just the whole uploading and downloading the file is kinda annoying and feels like it has a bit to many extra steps.

Makes Working Easier!
My experience has been wonderful. I cannot complain one bit.
Who doesn't like to be able to edit or create PDF forms! I handle tons of PDF and word document forms all day and this software is most definitely helpful in completing my tasks.
Are you kidding?! There are not cons at all. PDF filler literally keeps me from having to print documents to fill them.

Very speedy response time!
I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

Easy PDF
PDF filler is undoubtedly among the best software I have used for manipulating PDF documents. Easy to use, it offers many features and is less expensive than other software competitors. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand.

How do I scan a document to my computer?
Choose Startle Programs Windows Fax and Scan. Click the Scan button in the Navigation pane, then click the New Scan button on the toolbar. Use the settings on the right to describe your scan. Click the Preview button to see what your document will look like. If you're happy with the preview, click the Scan button.
How do I scan a document and upload it to my computer Windows 10?
From the Start menu, open the Scan app. If you don't spot the Scan app on the Start menu, click the words All Apps in the Start menu's bottom-left corner. (Optional) To change the settings, click the Show More link. Click the Preview button to make sure your scan appears correct. Click the Scan button.

How do I scan a document and save it?
Load your document. Click the Scan tab. Choose the Document Type and Scan Size. Click Scan. The scanned image will be displayed in the image viewer. Confirm and edit (if necessary) the scanned image. Click Save. The Save dialog will appear. Configure the settings, and click OK.

Next, tap the Lock Note button in the menu that appears and set up a password for the note. Once you've set up a password, tap Done in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.

Launch Notes from your Home screen. Tap on an existing note or type a new note. Tap on the Share button. Tap Lock Note. Enter a Password this will be for all your notes, including Notes on Mac, if you use it. Enter the same password again to Verify. Add a hint, if you really need one.
