Amazing value! I just purchased a subscription to PDFFiller due to being unhappy with a recent upgrade to Adobe's Document Cloud, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it so far, although I have been having some minor challenges. I suspect this is just part of the learning curve, but twice I contacted the online chat support and I am happy to say I was working with actual humans who were clearly native English speakers - a huge time saver when there isn't a language barrier! The challenges pertain to sharing documents. I was not signed up for the E-Sign upgrade, and shouldn't need to be in order to obtain client signatures, as far as I can tell. However, I don't mind signing up for E-Sign, and because the price is very reasonable, I went ahead and upgraded. I'm not certain what level of security is necessary for my line of work, and there are numerous choices available. Also, I had a problem when asking for phone number authentication, something that apparently can't be used when a document is emailed vs. sending a link. I'm still learning, but this is easily the most user-friendly .pdf system that allows for client signatures AND .pdf creations and edits, all while retaining security measures. The ease of editing .pdf files and forms. Challenges with sending files for signature and security options.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++ Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Open the document. Go to File, Info. At the Check for Issues item if you see Allow this information to be saved in this file (see picture below), CLICK on that hyperlink. ... OTHERWISE, all the track changes will be of one color, and no identifying author will be on the document (and it cannot be changed).
Click the Show Track Changes bar highlight changes made by the other author, then go to the Review tab, click the Accept button to confirm. You'll now notice the changes are applied immediately. Another handy feature authors can take advantage of is the ability to version track a document.
Open Microsoft Word. Choose the Review tab at the top of the document. Either click the Track Changes button (PC) or toggle the Track Changes switch (Mac). Make sure that you change 'Simple Markup' to 'All Markup' from the drop-down bar next to Track Changes.

Turn it on If you need a version history, or you want to collaborate with others, use Track Changes. To enable Track Changes, click the Review tab and then click the Track Changes option in the Tracking group. Then, select Track Changes from the drop-down's list.
Word does not allow multiple people to use the same Word document at the same time, since the edits by each individual could create havoc with the final document. Instead, Word provides several tools that you can use in a multi-user environment to make collaborating of a document just a bit easier.
Include a request to open the document in Word and turn on track changes. Click Share. When you do, your online document is shared with the people you invited, and each person gets a share request. When team members open the email, they click the link, and the document opens in the Word for the web.
