While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.

The site is very easy to navigate. I'm a novice when it comes to anything to do with forms, etc. Your site is so easy because it's intuitive. It just makes sense about what to do next, no hunting around trying to figure what the site builders were thinking. Easy peasy.

Very efficient, neat. Legible than handwriting. The only down part is it cost money. Hope this could be free for everyone, and every is informed that this is an option. It would benefit the judicial system to see legible and clear filled up forms by both respondent and petitioners.

Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.
