I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

I used this service once and had to… I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

Add a one-time use subscription Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.

It's great. Noticed some glitches on the forms, e.g. the text-in-th middle selection populates horizontally instead of vertically, making it impossible to see all that has been typed without scrolling across.

Select the text to copy. Choose Edit > Copy (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-C. Note: If you want to remove the text from its original location, choose Edit > Cut instead. Click where you want the text to appear, then do one of the following:
Select the rows or columns you want to move. Do any of the following: Move rows: After selecting the rows, click and hold one of the selected row numbers until the rows appear to rise off the table, then drag them above or below another row.
Just have to copy (cmd C), then select the cell that you want to paste, then (Shift cmd V). You can find this paste option in edit menu. Copy to clipboard, click a destination cell once, and choose Edit > Paste Formula Results from the menu.
To use Paste Special, just copy normally, then use the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + V in Windows, Ctrl + Command + V on the Mac. Using this shortcut doesn't actually finish the Paste, it simply displays the Paste Special dialog, where you can choose which options you want. In Windows, you can type a letter to select options.
Select the cells that contain the data or other attributes that you want to copy. On the Home tab, click Copy. Click the first cell in the area where you want to paste what you copied. On the Home tab, click the arrow next to Paste, and then select Paste Special. Select the options you want.
