It seems to be pretty straightforward. I have trouble saving it to Word and printing it but I can just print it from this program and it turns out perfect.

PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Easy to use
Easy to use, has lots of cool features and tools. Gives you complete control and edit capability of docs. Love that you can access it anywhere via web browser and doesn't require software install.

It helped me out a ton with a file i needed, then after we were charged the yearly membership, which we couldn't afford, Sam a kind chat customer service rep helped me cancel the transaction quick and easy. Great service.

Spelling assistance
The spelling check assistance is not very effective. It is difficult to predict where the cursor must be placed for the correction suggestions to pop up.

What do you like best?
The ability to import work documents into PDF Filler has made my life seamless.

The only thing I dislike is that I didn’t find PDF Filler earlier.

I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.

PDF when u can't PDF
Overall, this is a great software. I use often , and find it very helpful.
I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible.
I love this software, but it is sometimes difficult to use. The features are not as basic as I'd like.

Can W 2 be printed on plain paper?
The IRS requires the use of perforated paper for any Employee Copy W-2 that is printed on plain paper. You must print these blank paper W-2 forms using black ink. Blank perforated paper provides a professional look and guarantees that forms are easily separable by your employees.
Can 1099 be printed on plain paper?
Paper for Printing Tax Forms For Form 1099s, Copy A uses red ink and must be ordered from the IRS or purchased from a tax supply vendor. All other parts of Form 1099 can be printed on plain white paper. Additionally, you must use perforated paper for some copies of forms that you're sending to employees.
Can 1096 be printed on plain paper?
Copy B, C, 1 and 2 can be printed on plain paper with black ink. The W-2, W-3, W-2C and W-3C are different. In contrast, all 1096, 1098, 1098, 1099, 3921, 3922, 5498 forms are submitted to the IRS and must be submitted on their red-ink forms. Or file electronically, and you can skip the paper forms entirely.
Can I print my own 1099 forms?
You can order physical, blank 1099 forms from the IRS for free, but it may take 10 business days or longer (2+ weeks) to arrive. Here is the IRS.gov order page. You'll need at a minimum, Form 1099-MISC and Form 1096. You then fill out and print both forms yourself and mail it out.

Do I have to use preprinted 1099 forms?
Do I need preprinted W2 or 1099 forms? You will not need any preprinted forms for the W-2s or 1099s. You can use blank print paper, which is IRS approved. We will e-file them to Social Security and the IRS, but you must mail out the recipient's copy.
Can I handwrite W 2 forms?
A handwritten W-2 is OK to use. Your employer is required to file the W-2 with the IRS. The IRS will match the information reported on your return with W-2s it has received from employers.
Where can I get W 2 forms?
Major office supply stores have packets of W-2 forms and 1099-MISC forms. They might be available in your local store, or you can usually order them online. Make sure you use the 2019 version of Form 1099-MISC for 2019 payments, NOT the 2020 version! Your local accounting firm should have these forms also.
